CRC researchers will present at a national forum on lessons management in Melbourne in November.
The Australian National University provided the venue for this Research Advisory Forum in Canberra on 18-19 October 2016.
The CRC assembled a panel of policy, research and practice experts to talk on the 2016 International Day for Disaster Reduction. You can replay the forum here.

Bushfire 2016 was a national bushfire conference held in September 2016 at the University of Queensland.
The CRC was a high profile participant in the Valuing Volunteers conference in Perth.
Research was a strong focus in Brisbane for #AFAC16 powered by INTERSCHUTZ - the annual Bushfire and Natural Hazards CRC and AFAC conference.
Lessons from Natural Hazards Planning - a talk by Dr Gavin Smith
Fire managers from across the north of Australia met in Alice Springs (20-21 June) for the Northern Australia Fire Managers Forum.
CRC research featured strongly in this conference on the Gold Coast in May 2016.
The Australian Community Engagement and Fire Awareness conference was in Albury NSW in May.
The Bushfire and Natural Hazards CRC Research Advisory Forum, Hobart, May 2016.
The 5th International Fire Behaviour and Fuels conference was in Melbourne and in Portland, Oregon, in April.
