Partners in research
The Bushfire and Natural Hazard CRC expands a coordinated national research effort from bushfires into other hazards including flood, storm, cyclone, earthquake and tsunami.
The research program is conducted under the direction and involvement of the end-user organisations.
End-user partners are from state and territory fire, land management and emergency service agencies; government departments; NGOs, and industry associations.
Research partners include many universities in Australia and New Zealand, the Bureau of Meteorology and Geoscience Australia.
