This full time position is a newly created and important role for the efficient and effective delivery of our utilisation program. Working closely with the Research Director, Research Utilisation Manager and Manager - Partnership Development, you will provide high-level administrative support to assist in the management of our research utilisation program, including monitoring and evaluation, data analysis and reporting, as well as project and administrative support for partnership development activities.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience across a range of support functions. Ideally tertiary qualified, or with equivalent work experience, you will be highly organised with the capacity to meet deadlines in order to deliver quality outcomes. Knowledge of the workings of universities or research agencies would be highly regarded, as would database experience.
We are looking for somehow who is:
Proactive and able to get on with tasks with minimal direction.
Has excellent communication and presentation skills – oral and written – together with the ability to liaise effectively with a mature, friendly and confident personal style.
Has sound conceptual and analytical skills, including the ability to research, identify issues, manage data and to develop appropriate solutions.
Able to liaise with stakeholders including emergeny managers, researchers and government.
Highly computer literate.
Is available to travel interstate occasionally.
