On February 20, 2015 at 8:00 AM Tropical Cyclone Marcia crossed the Queensland coast NorthEast of Yeppoon as a Category 5 cyclone (sustained
wind speeds greater than 200 km/h). This report provides a description of the cyclone and findings of a rapid damage assessment subsequently undertaken.
