Dr Darja Kragt
Darja is a research fellow at the School of Psychological Sciences at the University of Western Australia (UWA). As an avid volunteer herself, Darja is curious to find out what makes volunteers join and remain with emergency services and how these experiences could be improved. In her doctoral thesis, Darja’s researched leadership development and identity. Darja is also involved in a number of research projects that investigated reasons for and outcomes of homelessness in Australia.
