Dr Alex Luksyte
Aleksandra is currently a Senior Lecturer at the UWA Business School. She studies overqualification and diversity in the workplace, including gender and racioethnic diversity among volunteers. Recently, she received a prestigious Australian Research Council (ARC) Early Career Fellowship to study positive and negative effects of overqualification as well as issues of demographic diversity in the workplace.
