Dr Djurre Holtrop
Djurre is an Industrial & Organisational Psychology Research Fellow at UWA. Djurre specialises in selection, personality and measurement psychology. As a researcher and consultant he has several years of experience in studying psychological assessments and their effectiveness. Djurre currently leads a volunteer retention project with Scouts Australia, which aims to improve recruitment and socialisation, and subsequently impact volunteer engagement and retention.
